    1. Creating a long-list of candidates, which includes a formal and detailed interview report for each individual, we present you with each candidate's skill set and key experiences, motivations, work status, salary expectations and mobility – all in direct relation to your position.
    2. From this we can offer you a reduced list of 3 candidates based on suitability and combined with likelihood of acceptance of offer.
  5. Candidate dossier
    1. Provided to you pre-interview, the candidate dossier explains the reasoning behind the shortlist of candidates, as well as details of each individual's personal situation and motivations for joining your company.
  6. Interview feedback
    1. Post-interview your assigned consultant will facilitate detailed candidate feedback in a timely fashion, inclusive of asking the candidate to fill out an interview feedback form explaining his or her thoughts.
  7. Post-placement service
    1. After the candidate accepts your offer, we work closely with you and the candidate to deliver a smooth and pleasant transition. Throughout the complex process of the candidate resigning from his or her current position and coming on-board with you, we provide invaluable help and assistance.
  8. Weekly Progress Report & Business Analysis
    1. During our search we will give you a weekly update on our findings combined with a detailed business analysis of our business ratios, empowering you to asses our performance and areas for improvement.
